Any fun places to visit near el paso texas or albuquerque nm?
i live in el paso but never traveled im looking for places to visit near el paso so i can drive back the same or the next day any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. :) Other - United States - 2 Answers

las cruces new mexico is nice the carlsbad caverns are nice too

If you're going in the direction of Albuquerque, New Mexico from El Paso, Carlsbad Caverns (in NM) is a definite must see (web: http://www.nps.gov/cave/ ) for 2-6 hour visit. You also have White Sands National Monument (web: http://www.nps.gov/whsa/ ). This is a true wonder. Take a picnic! Go to http://www.Google.com/maps and put your start point and destination to get travel directions and time to destination. Saludos, BarcelonaMan
