About can i travel to el paso tx if i have my I-130 form approval

Can i travel to el paso tx if i have my I-130 form approval?
i need to travel to el paso texas and i want to know if i can cross the las cruces border patrol checkpoint with this approval...(the approval letter indicates that i cant leave the US but it doesn't say anything about traveling with in the USA ) i live in the north part of the US BTW

an approved I-130 mean they believe the connection between you and the petitioner In most cases those people are not already in the US but you give us no details of your case ..I presume you already have another visa

No. Approved I-130 Petition is not a visa or valid form of ID.

An approved I-130 gives you no legal status in the US. For the approval notice to indicate you cannot leave the US is not something that an approval notice would normally indicate unless you filed a I-485 concurrently with the I-130. If you have evidence of a pending I-485, you should have no problem.
